Jiree Pattern Testing!

Isn't she cute?
A month ago Denise sent me and Pam an e-mail asking if we were interested in doing some pattern testing for her. Here you can see the results! This is called a jiree. What a great pattern! You can make it into a vest as the first photo shows or you can make it into a cardigan sweater!

Denise's pattern is for infant, toddler (shown here) and adult sizes.
I used the Long Blue KK loom to make this... but it can be made on the Round KK looms as well!
For the vest it only took one skein of Bernat Boucle. For the sweater, I used a little of a second skein to finish it up.
If you want a quick easy pattern, I'd suggest this one - a beginner or advanced loomer can do it! Denise has the pattern for sale at her blog and she tells me it will be available at soon!

    Aw Crystal -
Seeing your precious daughter model the new sweater pattern make me miss when my kiddo was that size. She's 12 now, and wouldn't be caught dead in anything I've made. Tons of hugs and kisses for your little, before she gets any older!

My son still likes things that I make... he's waiting for a camoflage sweater! (he's 12 too!) But, he lives in t-shirts and shorts--even at 12 degrees out- shorts!

It was great working with you too! Your sweater came out awesome too!
